Refund policy

1. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, you may request a refund in the form of store credit.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging ready to be sent back. 

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@mcqueerstudio.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• A brief explanation of the issue

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit after we’ve received the returned shipment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are covered by McQueer Studio.
